The Legett Ladies are a group of women that make up the only all-female student bonfire crew. Legett Hall is the oldest dorm on A&M campus, built in 1911, and the Ladies represent it well. The New Army bonfire crew was started in 2008 under the leadership of Marisa Bumguardner and Sarah Welborn. At the time the Ladies cut with Hart Hellrasiers. Since then the Ladies have become more of an independent crew, but they still cut under their companion, Hart Hellraisers, in the woods. Being the only all women's crew hasn't stopped them at all. The Legett Ladies faithfully go out to the woods each Sunday during season, and are always at Stack ready to help build Bonifre.
